The Ambassador of Georgia participated in the award ceremony of the drawing competition initiated by the Hong Kong Shine Tak Foundation

On August 24, 2026, the Ambassador of Georgia, Paata Kalandadze, participated in the award ceremony of the drawing competition initiated by the Hong Kong Shine Tak Foundation, which was held in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

 

At the initiative of the Foundation, with the involvement of the Embassy of Georgia and the direct organization of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, Georgian students were also given the opportunity to participate in the competition. The competition was held in May of this year and 6 winners were identified in the children's and teenagers' categories. The winners were awarded prizes, and the first place winner in the teenager category, Temuri Tikaradze, had the opportunity to visit Hong Kong and participate in a series of cultural events with representatives from 13 different countries.
