The success of Georgian musicians in Beijing

 On August 24, 2024, a joint concert of the Georgian ensemble "Geo Folk Tour" and the Chinese ensemble "Glintwine" was held at the Beijing Art Center, during which Georgian and Chinese folk songs were performed.

 

The performance of the Georgian ensemble excited the audience. It should be noted that "Geo Folk Tour" has fruitfully cooperated with Chinese musicians for many years, as a result of which many joint projects were implemented. The album "The Orient Sun" is outstanding among them.

 

The concert was attended by the Ambassador of Georgia, H.E. Mr. Paata Kalandadze in company with the Georgian Embassy staff. After the concert, the Ambassador personally congratulated the ensemble members on their successful performance and wished them further success. Speaking with the musicians, the Ambassador of Georgia emphasized the importance of their art in deepening the bilateral relations between Georgia and China.
