In celebration of the 115th anniversary of Georgian cinematography, the Embassy of Georgia organized a special screening of a Georgian film in Beijing

On the 14th of October this year, the Embassy of Georgia in the People's Republic of China, with the support of "Truly Sense (Beijing) Media Consulting" Group, hosted a screening of Rezo Gigineishvili's film "Hostages" at the "Solana Cinema" in Beijing.

Prior to the film's commencement, Archil Kalandia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia, delivered an address to the guests. Additionally, Embassy employees Natalia Kvachadze and Tamar Kvlividze delivered a presentation on the rich history and contemporary state of Georgian cinematography, specially created for the occasion.

Following the film's screening, a wine-tasting event featuring Georgian wines was hosted.
