Memorandum of Cooperation between Tbilisi and Shanghai was signed

On May 29, 2025, the Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi and the Vice Mayor of Shanghai Xie Tung signed the “Memorandum on the Establishment of Friendly Relations between Tbilisi and Shanghai”, which envisages cooperation in various areas, including greening, transport and urban development, sports, culture and other areas.

It is noteworthy that among the cities of the South Caucasus countries, Tbilisi is the first city to be friendly with Shanghai.
